The Legacy of X-Men

X-Men has been in existence since the 1960s. The group consisted of superhero team in the Marvel Comics Universe. The very first X-Men story was created by Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby. It all began in an environment where anti-mutant sentiment were increasing. As such, the group’s leader Professor Xavier, also known as Professor X created a mutant haven in Westchester mansion to use their powers for the benefit of humanity.

Subsequently, the characters would include Cyclops, Iceman, Angel, Beast, and Jean Grey calling them X-Men because they possess powers due to their possession of the X-gene, a hormone which human lacks giving mutant special abilities.

Science has been long in existence even before civilization began. It has been known as the explanation for everything that is happening to our world. Take for example the invention of the telephone by Graham Bell or the discovery of gravity by Newton, when an apple fell while studying under a tree. All of these are a product of science.

But more than those inventions, scientific explanations are needed for someone to fully understand a particular event. Take for example a sharks behaviour on why they love blood or even providing a good explanation on the sinking of the Titanic ship. All of these are a product of science.

Did you know that there is this magazine called Current Science Magazine that provides total scientific resources? The magazine provides coverage of national and local news related in the fields of science–these concepts are used to make teaching to middle and high school students easy.
