How would you define health? Is it measured on how define the muscular structure of an individual is? Is it described in the physical physique? Does being resistant to colds and coughs equate to being healthy? Or having achieved so far a sports competition proves the healthiness of an individual?
Yes, it is true. All of the statements mentioned above really describe health. But health is best characterized in terms of totality. What does it means? Simple. Health is a term that oftenly misunderstood by many. But what it really speaks about is the wellness of a person - physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. Any imbalance in any of these aspects disturbs what we call health.
There are many instances today wherein the imbalance between health aspects is clearly described. Example of which are the following. There are genius people who can surprisingly do such scholastic activities well while sacrificing their social life.
